Amsterdam International Salsa Marathon
Postponed
The marathon moves to 28 to 31 May 2027
The Amsterdam International Salsa Marathon will not take place on 25 to 28 September 2026. We are moving it to Friday 28 to Monday 31 May 2027, the last weekend of May, in Amsterdam. Those dates are what we are working towards and the venue is still being arranged, so treat them as provisional until you read here that they are final.
Already bought a ticket? You choose what happens with it: keep it for the new date, swap it for a Full Pass for the festival in February (worth €170 today and going up), or get your money back. We also email everyone with a ticket personally, so nothing gets lost either way.
Questions in the meantime? Write to ivan@extremos.nl and we will answer you.
Sorry for the change of plans. Thank you for your patience, and see you on the floor in May.

Meanwhile, in February
The Amsterdam International Salsa Festival runs from 25 to 28 February 2027 at De Koning in Amsterdam: four days, 100% salsa, sixty-plus workshops, shows and socials until six in the morning.
